Athletic Bilbao Apathy

Just received an email from the club stating tickets at £10 adults and £2 kids
Went on line to take a look, it's clear we've sold very few tickets in most sections, can barely give them away.
Not sure what, if anything, it says about the fans view of these pre season fixtures but teams like Athletic Bilbao are not the answer to get bums on seats

Guaranteed to lose a player or two for the start of the season with injuries following this one.
My money is on Wiltshire and Lanzini to hobble off but don't rule out one or both of the new boys.
Its the West Ham way.

We have never sold well for pre season friendlies even at UP.
We played Roma about 10 years ago and couldn't sell out a 35k capacity.
Got about 16k against Anderlecht as well one year.

Poor old Mex, isnt from our shores so irony and word play, will be lost most of the time.
To be fair, theres a few English on here who struggle with it, too.
I'm not mocking Mex, as i can't speak another language, so he's doing well.
